In honor of Galentines Day 2020, Laurel Stark Akman, Aisha Hakim, and The Fellow App teamed up to give women in Adland a chance to express gratitude to mentors, work partners, and their workplace besties. In addition to myself, seven other talented women across the nation helped launch Forget Her Not, a card-sending campaign that targeted mailboxes, inboxes, and Insta-Stories with messages of thanks and appreciation.
We generated a lot of press and a lot of support from our industry’s lady luminaries. But most importantly, we generated a lot of love: with over 1,200 people sending e-cards to the women who have helped them along the way.
